Do I need to buy software?
No, you only need a connection to the Internet and a Web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari). All of the tools you will need to edit your site are available online. You simply navigate to your site's Administration and make any desired changes.

Can I have my own look and feel?
Of course. One great aspect of our product is the ability to change your site's look and feel at the touch of a button. We call this process “skinning.” When you sign up with us, you are given several free skins to choose from.

If you desire a custom skin, just let us know and we can work with you to create it.

Can I use my domain name?
Yes. Once you have signed up, feel free to and we can work with you to point your domain name at your new website.

Can I place videos on my site?
Of course. We suggest that you use YouTube or Vimeo to stream video. These sites are free and they work great. Here is a short video showing you how to embed a YouTube video into your website.

How much drive space do I get?

How long before I make my site go live?
It depends on a number of factors (for example: if you use one of our free skins or desire a custom skin). On average, it takes about three months before customers feel comfortable with how their site looks and are ready to make it live.

Any suggestions for a quick website launch?

1. Set a reasonable date to go live and stick to it.
2. Have someone be the point person, working hard to meet deadlines.
3. Don’t be afraid. You aren’t going to break anything.

Do you provide e-mail hosting?
We certainly can. For $5.00 a month, we provide you with 200Mb of mailbox storage for your accounts.
