What is the difference between each plan?

Each plan offers the same great features that all of our website customers enjoy. The two differences between each plan are the amount of administrators and storage capacity.

• gAdministrators are unique users who can edit your web site.
• bStorage capacity is the space your pages, photos, mp3's, etc. takes up on our servers

What is the site setup fee for?

By charging you a one time sign up fee of $700, we are able to assist you with getting your website online. We work hard at making the process as easy as possible which means that you will have a dedicated, seasoned web professional who will answer your questions and help you to add content to your website as well as configuring your DNS and much more. This fee also pays for our staff who are just an e-mail away to assist you whenever you need.

Is there a contract?

No. We believe in our system and feel that once you sign up, you won’t want to stop using Triple Pixel. You simply pay for the use of our Website Content Management System (CMS) and our support from month to month. Feel free to read through our terms and conditions if you'd like more details.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. To sign up with Triple Pixel you will need to have a unique URL (domain name). Part of the setup fee includes Triple Pixel assisting you with pointing your domain name over to your new website. For a good price and ease of use, we suggest you purchase your domain(s) from Domains Made Easy.
